Booking and Payment

Booking: To book a moving service, you must provide accurate information about your move, including the date, location, and the items to be moved. Any changes to the booking must be communicated with us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment: Payments for moving services are due at the time of booking or upon completion of the move, depending on the agreement. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods outlined on our website.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled moving date may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the move is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund may be issued.

- Clear pathways and ensure that our movers can safely access the premises.
- Inform us of any special requirements or items that need additional handling or care.

Damage to Property: While we take great care in handling your belongings, Mango Movers is not liable for any damage to items not properly packed or for items that were not disclosed during the booking process.

Insurance: We offer basic and premium insurance options for protection during the move. For valuable items or fragile belongings, we recommend purchasing additional insurance for full coverage.

Your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties, except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mango Movers, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your failure to comply with these terms or from any misinformation provided by you.
Limitation of Liability
Mango Movers will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the moving services.
